TIA's check-in and boarding times being to reduces

KATHMANDU, March 21:Tribhuvan International Airport (TIA) will improve passenger convenience. The airport office has initiated a plan to reduce the check-in-boarding process time at the international terminal building, according to Pratap Babu Tiwari, General Manager of TIA.

He stated that the office will simplify the boarding process through cleanliness, information, and self-check-in. Our primary goal is to make passenger service more convenient. "The queue will be reduced with hassle-free boarding," he said.

According to the airport office, a passenger is currently taking half an hour for boarding on an average.

The time passengers and ships arrive at the airport determines boarding. "It can take more than 40 minutes for a single passenger to check-in and board," he said.
