Anjan Shrestha announces candidacy for FNCCI Senior Vice-President
KATHMANDU: Anjan Shrestha has declared his candidacy for Senior Vice President of the Federation of Nepalese Chambers of Commerce and Industry (FNCCI).
On the 11th, 12th, and 13th of April, the FNCCI will hold its 57th General Meeting in Kathmandu. Shrestha, who has stated that becoming a senior vice president will allow him to provide smart leadership in the modern era, formally announced his candidacy on Tuesday.
"I have contributed to the chamber movement for 20 years, I have contributed to making the labor law, I have contributed to improving labor relations. Industry Committee I served on the Commerce and Revenue Committees. They are significant committees in the Federation. "Being a part of that committee means getting ready for leadership," he said when announcing his candidacy.
'I began working in my family's business 45 years ago. I helped Sujal Foods grow from a small industry to Nepal's largest confectionery. Similarly, I studied the cash flow from the urban to rural economies via the dairy industry. Even now, I've arrived in the district. 'I have closely observed businessmen's problems,' he said.
