Nepal Telecom says: Increased disruption in the company's service delivery
KATHMANDU: Nepal Telecom has complained that its equipment and structures have been damaged, and service has been disrupted.
The company has expressed regret that there has recently been an increase in damage to various equipment and structures in various parts of the country, as well as disruptions in the company's service delivery.
It offers various types of telecommunication services to customers in various parts of the country, using various equipment and structures.
"In order for the company's services to be available continuously, those equipment and structures must be in good condition," Telecom explained, "but there are problems in continuous service delivery due to the recent situation." Because of such nefarious activities, the common people's natural right has been violated.
Nepal Telecom has also requested that the nearest company's office and security agency be notified in order to ensure the continuity of the service if it is discovered that the service is being disrupted at any location or that the company's structures are damaged.
