Sagarmatha and Lumbini General Insurance start integrated business

KATHMANDU:Sagarmatha Insurance Company Limited and Lumbini General Insurance Company Limited have started integrated business.

A special puja and program was held at the company's head office on Monday. In the first meeting of the board of directors held today, the board of directors was constituted with three directors from both companies.

Former Sagarmatha Insurance Company directors include Ajith R. Gunawardena, Siddhartha Mani Rajbhandari, and Gajendra Lal Shrestha.

Similarly, Arun Raj Shrestha and Kamal Bhattarai represent former Lumbini General Insurance on the board.

Similarly, the meeting appointed Manohar Das Mull, the former chairman of Lumbini General Insurance, as the company's chairman. The newly appointed Chairman Mull took the oath of office and confidentiality before Nepal Insurance Authority Chairman Surya Prasad Silwal.
