Machhapuchchhre Bank's Chairman Mahato takes oath of office

KATHMANDU, Dec 13: The newly elected Chairman of Machhapuchhre Bank Limited, Dr. Upendra Mahato, has taken the oath of office and secrecy before the Governor of Nepal Rastra Bank, Mahaprasad Adhikari.

Deputy governors, executive directors and other officials of Nepal Rastra Bank as well as members of the board of directors and chief executive officer of Machhapuchchhre Bank were present in the swearing-in ceremony.

The 472nd meeting of the Board of Directors of Machhapuchchhre Bank held on Monday,November 28, elected Dr. Upendra Mahato as the Chairman of the Board of Directors.

Dr. Mahato, who has created the image of a successful entrepreneur at the national and international level, is also the founding president of Non-Resident Nepali Association.
