NCC Bank announces dividend

KATHMANDU, Oct 16: Nepal Credit and Commerce Bank (NCC) is going to distribute 1 billion 22 million dividends in the form of bonus shares and cash.

The meeting held on Saturday by the bank's board of directors has decided to distribute a share bonus of Rs. 375 million and cash dividend of Rs.853 million

The current dividend distribution of Bank is 3.3663 percent and 7.6337 percent of the paid-up capital respectively. At present, the paid-up capital of the bank is 11 billion 13 billion 96 lakh 78 thousand 14 rupees.

The proposed dividend will be distributed after it is approved by the National Bank and passed by the next general meeting of the bank.
