Mahalaxmi Bikas Bank enhances CRS programs
KATHMANDU:Mahalaxmi Bikas Bank completed various kinds of programs in various areas, including infrastructure construction/improvement, sustainable development goals, human service, and charity work, as part of its corporate social responsibility strategy.
During an event on Poush 27, the bank's Palung branch distributed 55 polar jackets to 55 of the 83 kids enrolled at Shree Kalidevi Primary School in Thaha Municipality-11, Deurali, Makawanpur.
In addition, the bank has provided financial support for the 'Sensation Unseen: Invisible Pearls' program, which was organized in collaboration with a non-governmental organization called Sarvodaya Project to highlight the extraordinary talent of visually impaired artists while also promoting inclusivity, diversity, and creativity.
The bank believes that this effort will allow persons with disabilities to showcase their talents and presence in society, as well as contribute to the development of an inclusive society. The bank is convinced that its corporate social responsibility operations will help to further economic and social growth.
The bank has introduced 'Mahalaxmi Smart Sathi', a smartphone application designed in accordance with the bank's policy of offering consumers with cutting-edge, safe, and simple digital banking services.
