TripAdvisor ranks Kathmandu as second best destinations in world for solo travel

KATHMANDU, Jan 16:The international online travel website 'TripAdvisor' released a list of solo travel destinations in various nations.

Kathmandu, Nepal, has been ranked as the world's second best destination.

According to TripAdvisor, Kathmandu has been selected a'solo travel destination' for its historical, cultural, and hospitality significance.

This has positive a favorable message to Nepal's tourism industry.The first location for single tourists is Seoul of  South Korea.

Kathmandu of  Nepal has been ranked second. Cusco of Peru, has been placed third.

Bangkok of Thailand, was ranked fourth; Osaka of Japan, was ranked fifth; Dubai of  UAE, was ranked sixth and Kyoto of Japan, was ranked seventh.

Similarly, TripAdvisor ranks Chiang Mai of Thailand, eighth, Reykjavik of Iceland, ninth, and Melbourne of  Australia, tenth.
