Jyoti Capital's second AGM approves dividends.
KATHMANDU:Jyoti Capital's second annual general meeting approved the cash dividend to be paid to its shareholders. The meeting approved the Board of Directors' report for the fiscal year 080/81.
The meeting also approved the proposal to distribute a cash dividend to shareholders at a rate of 3.16 percent of the paid-up capital. Similarly, the auditor has been appointed for the current fiscal year, and his compensation has been determined.
Similarly, the meeting approved the appointment of two independent directors selected by the Board of Directors.
Jyoti Capital Limited, a subsidiary of Jyoti Bikas Bank, operates with a paid-up capital of Rs 210 million.This capital, which is licensed by the Securities Board of Nepal (SEBON) to provide merchant banking services, offers securities underwriting, investment management, and institutional consultancy.
