Jasmine Paints appoints Sanima Capital as Issue Manager for IPO

KATHMANDU:Jasmine Paints Limited has appointed a sales manager for its IPO. The company has appointed Sanima Capital Limited as the issue and sales manager for the public offering of 5,00,000 units of ordinary shares with a face value of Rs 100 per share for a total of Rs 50 million.

In this regard, Executive Chairman Laxman Prasad Aryal and Chief Executive Officer Bhishma Raj Chalise inked an agreement on behalf of Jasmine Paints Limited.

Jasmine Paints Limited is a prominent paint a manufacturing company established by the Manakamana Group. For the past 30 years, the company has expanded its business and market by making paints utilizing current technologies in the fabrication business.
