Matribhumi Laghubitta appointed Kumari Capital as its share registrar

KATHMANDU:Matribhumi Laghubitta Bittiya Sanstha Ltd. (MLBSL) has appointed Kumari Capital as its share registrar.

Previously, Prabhu Capital operated the share registrar services of Kisan Laghubitta Bittiya Sanstha Limited and Jalpa Samudayik Laghubitta Bittiya Sanstha Limited. Kumari Capital has informed NEPSE of the service related to the share registrar of Matribhumi Laghubitta Bittiya Sanstha formed by the merger of the two companies.

Kumari Capital will now  all of the company's securities related operations.
