Sanima Reliance Life concluded employee training program

KATHMANDU:Sanima Reliance Life Insurance Limited has concluded a two-day residential training session to improve the knowledge and abilities of its employees. 

On behalf of the company, Chief Executive Officer Shivanath Pandey, Senior Deputy Chief Executive Officer Rakesh Pokharel, Deputy Chief Executive Officer Nirajan Kandel, and other employees from the back and front offices attended the "Managing Self and Relationship" program.

The training provided by Deputy Chief Executive Officer Nirajan Kandel and the Nepal Administrative Training Institute trainers focused on how employees can perform well by maintaining harmonious relationships with their colleagues and other internal and external people at work, as well as what changes are required to be made in doing so.

At the event, Chief Executive Officer Shivanath Pandey expressed his belief that the knowledge and skills provided in the training will be implemented in the workplace to maintain harmonious relations, appreciate personal values and recognition, and increase employee efficiency.
