Master Chef Sah's recipe: '2 PM' Veg and Chicken Masala Curry Noodles in Market

KATHMANDU:Asian Thai Foods has introduced two new varieties of 2 Pm Noodles.

The company has introduced two new varieties of 2 PM Noodles Veg Masala Curry and Chicken Masala Curry, produced according to the recipe of Masterchef Santosh Sah, who is also the brand ambassador for 2 PM Noodles.

The company claims that these noodles, marketed under the slogan 'Sahi Chha', are superior in all respects, including flavor, quality, and packaging.

Master chef Santosh Sah says it took a long time to create these two new 2 PM Noodles variations. He stated that this recipe is delicious and that consumers will enjoy it.

He claims that this company has helped promote Nepal.

The production and sales distribution of 2 PM Noodles, which had been halted for some time, has resumed.

Asian Thai Foods, founded in 2056, introduced its first noodles in 2057.

Over the last 25 years, the company has promoted noodles including Rumpam, Preeti, and 2 PM.

It has introduced different snacks to the market under the trademarks 2 PM and Rumpam.

The company stated that Akbari Chicken Noodles may be purchased for only 50 rupees.

According to the company, other products offered in the market include Akbare Veg, Korean Ramen, Kimchi Veg, Kimchi Chicken, Napolitana, Sea Food, and Cheese Mushroom.

The company has informed us that there are excellent products snack options such as Premium Cheese Balls, Akbare Sticks, Fire Balls, Cream Crackers, Onion Rings, Punjabi Tadka, Fire Crackers, Lemon Mint Sticks, Masala Sticks, and Pasta.

Asian Thai Food claims to be Nepal's first producer of premium-quality noodles.

The company has been creating 2 PM Akbare Noodles from locally farmed Akbare Chilli.

As noodles become more popular, the supply of chilies increases, according to the company, which has benefitted the locals financially.

"We are very excited to launch the new 2 PM Chicken Masala and Veg Masala Curry Noodles prepared and recommended by Master Chef Santosh Sah," stated Mahesh Jaju, the company's Managing Director.

Master chef Sah uses his years of knowledge to create these authentic and tasty 2 PM Noodles, according to Jaju.

Jaju stated that the noodles were sold to many nations throughout the world, including India, the Middle East, Turkey, and Africa, and distributed to global consumers.

According to him, 2 PM noodles are exported to Australia, Bahrain, Belgium, Bhutan, Canada, China, Denmark, Finland, Germany, Hong Kong, India, Israel, Italy, Japan, Korea, Kuwait, Malaysia, Malta, New Zealand, Oman, Palestine, Qatar, and Saudi Arabia. It has been providing in countries such as the Arab Emirates, the United Kingdom, America, and Yemen.

According to Jaju, the business plans to launch more premium products in the market shortly, including 'Snacks in Cans' and 'Cup Noodles'.
