Global IME Bank surpasses 5 million customer

KATHMANDU:Global IME Bank Limited has surpassed 5 million customers.

This bank, founded in 2063 BS, has become the largest commercial bank in the country in most financial indices after merging and acquiring 21 separate banks and financial institutions within 17 years of its inception.

Also, the bank's deposits just surpassed five trillion rupees.

Global IME Bank leads Nepal's banks and financial institutions in terms of capital, branch network, total deposits, and customers base.

The bank has gained the trust of the general public by delivering customer-friendly services, promoting small and medium-sized enterprises, offering technology-friendly services, and practicing responsible banking.

Global IME Bank is the first private sector bank with branches in all 77 districts of Nepal and operates more than 1,100 service centers.
