KATHMANDU:Rajesh Prasad Manandhar has been appointed as an independent director of Guheswori Merchant Banking & Finance Ltd. 

The board of directors of finance met and appointed Manandhar to the empty independent director seat. Manandhar has 26 years experience of financial sector and two years  experience in the insurance sector.
