Yatri Suites Spa appointed Muktinath Capital as Consultant

KATHMANDU, July 10:Yatri Suites & Spa has appointed Muktinath Capital as its institutional consultant for financial consulting and management services.

Cheung Gurung, chairman of Yatri Suites, and Kabindra dhoj Joshi, executive CEO of Muktinath Capital, signed the consultant hiring agreement.

After the agreement, Muktinath will function as a consultant for the capital structure modification of the Yatri Suites Hotel in Thamel, its transformation into a limited company, resource management, hotel marketing, and the issuance of shares to the general public.

The hotel is now being transformed to a four-star hotel in the future.
