Sanima GIC Insurance and Citizens Capital signed a rights issue agreement

KATHMANDU:Sanima GIC Insurance Limited and Citizens Capital Limited have signed a rights share issuance agreement.

After the agreement Sanima appointed Citizens Capital as the issue and sales manager. Sanima GIC's CEO, Sudyumna Prasad Upadhyaya, and Citizens Capital's CEO, Sabirbade Shrestha, inked the deal.

According to the agreement, Citizens Capital would assume the role of sales manager for the issuance of 5 lakh equity shares of Sanima GIC Insurance.
