Buddha Air plane en route to Bhairahawa diverted to Kathmandu due to bad weather

KATHMANDU, June 26:Buddha Air flight number 'U4-851' returned to Kathmandu after being unable to land at Gautam Buddha Airport in Bhairahawa due to adverse weather.

Despite arriving in Bhairahawa around 8 am, the plane was unable to land at the airport and had to return to Kathmandu.

"The flight had to be diverted due to adverse weather," stated Buddha Air Information Officer Dipendra Karna. "Karna informed that the same flight landed at Bhairahawa again at 12 noon."
