Agreement between Meera Biotech and Nepal SBI Merchant

KATHMANDU:Meera Biotech Pvt Ltd has reached an agreement with Nepal SBI Merchant Banking Limited to provide financial consulting services.

Sushil Poudel, CEO of Meera Biotech Pvt Ltd, and Lekhnath Pokhrel, Managing Director and CEO of Nepal SBI Merchant Banking Limited, inked the agreement at a program.

The program included high-ranking employees from both organizations. Meera Biotech Pvt Ltd has been generating medicines in accordance with WHO guidelines.In addition, the company manufactures and distributes pharmaceutical solid doses for domestic and international markets.

Nepal SBI Merchant Banking Limited will provide financial structure, financial management, business planning, and organizational restructuring as part of its financial consultant services.
