Thamel Plaza Hotel & Suites Limited sell right share to its promoter shareholders

KATHMANDU, June 07:Thamel Plaza Hotel & Suites has opened the right shares. Starting June 3rd, the company has started to sell rights shares to its promoter  shareholders.

The company's special general meeting on June 1st approved the sale of right shares to promoter shareholders, including the 20% right shares awarded the previous year, for 70.30 percent of the shares paid by them, up to a limit of 70.30.

Promoter shareholders will be able to apply for this rightful share between Monday, June 3rd and July 7th (21st Jestha to 23rd Ashad, 2081). The company stated that if current promoter do not apply within the required time frame, they would be sold to other shareholders, persons, and entities.
