Emergency drill at Gautam Buddha International Airport

BHAIRAHAWA, June 06:An emergency drill was held at the Gautam Buddha International Airport in Bhairahawa.

Around 9:30 a.m., a green plane crashed on the south side of the Gautam Buddha International Airport complex in Bhairahawa. As soon as the fire was detected, two fire engines stationed at the airport rushed to it and began extinguishing it with water fountains.

The cops blocked off the area. Aside from the airport, more fire engines equipped with sirens arrived to suppress the fire. As the fire was brought under control, ambulances and rescue crews arrived at the scene. According to Gautam Buddha International Airport, rescue teams including security personnel, health personnel, and the Red Cross have been dispatched to the scene.

According to the Gautam Buddha International Airport, the scene seen there is not real, but rather artificial, and is intended for practice. If such an accident occurs, the airport has stated that it has practiced rescue procedures in such a case.
