Satyadeep Gupta first person in world to climb Mount Everest and Lhotse twice same season

KATHMANDU, June 04:Satyadeep Gupta of India has become the first person in record to climb Mount Everest and Mount Lhotse  twice in the same season.

Pioneer Adventure Company stated that he successfully climbed Mount Everest on May 27th at 12:45PM. Gupta successfully climbed Mt Lhotse on May 26 at 12 noon along with guides Pastemba Sherpa and Nima Ungi Sherpa. He did the climb through Pioneer Adventure Company.

Previously, he successfully climbed Mount Everest at 4:25 am on May 21 of this season, and Mt Lhotse at 7 am on May 22 alongside his guide Tenji Bhote.

Gupta became the first Indian to summit Everest and Lhotse in 11 hours and 15 minutes, breaking a record.
