ICFC Finance appoints Kumari Capital as Issue and Sales Manager and Plans to Issue 30 Crore Rupee Debenture

KATHMANDU:ICFC Finance Limited plans to issue a 9% ICFC Finance Debenture-2088 worth Rs 30 crore. Kumari Capital Limited has been appointed as the debenture issue and sales manager.

The two parties reached an agreement at an event hosted at the company's its corporate offices office. The deal was signed by ICFC Finance Limited's CEO, Mr. Sunil Pant, and Kumari Capital Limited's CEO, Mr. Pushpa Sharma. 

The company stated that the debenture will be issued after the approval of all regulatory bodies, including the Securities Board of Nepal (SEBON) and the Company Registrar's Office. This company offers its services through 21 branches, 1 extension counter, and 21 ATMs.
