Thamel Plaza Hotel & Suites will issue an IPO.

KATHMANDU, May 17:Thamel Plaza Hotel and Suites Limited is going to issue an IPO to the general public.  The company has scheduled a special general meeting on Jestha 19 to approve the IPO bid. The board of directors of the firm met on the first of Jestha and decided to convene the meeting at the company's office in Thamel, Kathmandu, at 10 a.m.

Along with the IPO, the assembly will approve the plan to issue rights shares. The meeting will also resolve to delegate responsibility for all aspects of the IPO and rights offering to the board of directors. The company has planned to close the book between Jestha 15th and Jestha 19th for the general meeting. Based on the book closure, only permanent shareholders will be entitled to attend the meeting and receive the dividend until Jestha 14th.
