Vivanta Kathmandu Hotel's revenue increased by 102 million in one year
KATHMANDU, March 24:Vivanta Kathmandu Hotel's revenue has increased by Rs 100.2 million in one year.
According to ICRA Nepal, the hotel is managed by R&R Hotels and Resorts Pvt. The hotel's turnover last year was Rs 230 million .
The four-star hotel is owned by the Chaudhary Group (75%), and the IJ Group (25%).
Similarly, the hotel's turnover was Rs 91 million in 2020/21 and Rs 176 million in 2019/20.
The hotel has renewed its rating for a bank loan of Rs 830 million. The hotel has reconfirmed NP LB for a long-term loan of Rs 810 million and an NP A4 rating from ICRA Nepal for a short-term credit of Rs 20 million.
