Khumjung and Thamichhowa Club entered semi-final

KATHMANDU:Khumjung Yuva Club and Thamichhowa Football Club advanced to the semi-finals from Pole "A" in two matches on Friday, the fifth day of the 'Khumbu Lhosar Cup' football competition.

Damichhowa Football Club defeated Khunde Community Club 5-1 in the first match at Kathmandu's Sanogoucharan Stadium, with Tshering  Kalden Sherpa being named man of the match.

Similarly, in the second match, which took place on Friday, Amadalam Yuva Club defeated Khumjung Youth Club 2-0. Fura Chiring Sherpa was named man of the match in the second encounter.
