Jyoti Capital's corporate consultancy for Nagarkot Resort

KATHMANDU, Feb 15:Jyoti Capital Limited's institutional consulting service would provide consulting services to Nagarkot Resort under the 'business from start to complete' category. Capital provides all necessary consulting services from the time the company is established until the shares are issued to the general public.

Capital and Resort have signed an agreement on institutional consulting services under which they will provide the necessary consulting for changes in capital structure, private equity arrangements, and so on in order to carry out the activities outlined in the company's charter in the future.

The agreement was signed by Capital's CEO, Bikash Dhakal, and Resort President, Surendra Raut Chhetri. Jyoti Capital, a subsidiary of Jyoti Bikas Bank, also offers investment management, institutional advisory, and securities underwriting services, with the goal of assisting its clients' prosperity.
