NAC provided tickets for 770 cancer patients and relatives

KATHMANDU, Jan 31:Nepal Airlines Corporation (NAC) has provided tickets to 770 cancer patients and their relatives in a single year.

NAC has been providing free tickets to cancer patients traveling to India for treatment from Nepal. Relatives have received partially discounted tickets.

According to the NAC, this quantity of tickets was distributed as part of corporate social responsibility in 2023.

According to the decision of the government, the NAC has been giving a 50% discount on tickets to seniors and individuals with disabilities.

NAC said that in 2023, activities such as rescuing accident victims, rescuing earthquake victims, and rescuing Nepalis from Israel were carried out under social responsibility.

Nepalgunj-Dhangadhi-Doti-Dhangadhi-Nepalgunj rescue for the rescue of flood victims is included in it.
