Puwa Khola-1 Hydropower appoints LS Capital as IPO Issue Manager.

KATHMANDU:Puwa Khola-1 Hydropower will conduct an IPO of about 19.5 million rupees to the general public with a face value of Rs 100 per share.

Laxmi Sunrise Capital has been designated as the company's securities issue and sales manager, and 19,46,660 ordinary shares will be issued to the general public.

The agreement letter was signed by Kadam KC, Managing Director of Puwa Khola-1 Hydropower, and Bijay Lal Shrestha, CEO of Laxmi Sunrise Capital.

Puwa Khola-1 Hydropower Limited operates a 4-megawatt hydropower project in Ilam district.
