Vietnam Airlines interested in charter flights from Gautam Buddha International Airport

BHAIRAHAWA, Jan 26:Vietnam Airlines is interested in charter flights from the Gautam Buddha International Airport in Bhairahawa. The airport has stated that it preparations to start operating charter flights to Bhairahawa in March.

According to Airport General Manager Hansraj Pandey, Vietnam's National Airlines has been in talks about flying to Bhairahawa for two weeks. He stated, "Vietnam Airlines has demonstrated a positive attitude regarding charter flights in Bhairahawa. The internet discourse has been ongoing for two weeks. They had a few queries. We informed you about the situation here.

Pandey stated that Vietnam Airlines is doing a technical examination of Bhairahawa Airport. He stated that they will begin with charter flights and then expand into regular flights after researching the market. Countries such as Myanmar and Cambodia have shown an interest in flying to this airport, but they have not flight done so.

National Airlines of Cambodia and Myanmar announced that charter flights would begin in October of last year. But Pandey stated that they had not yet flown.
