Nepali Embassy in Denmark conducts tourism promotion event

KATHMANDU, Jan 14: The Nepali Embassy in Denmark organized a tourism promotion programme in Copenhagen on Thursday.

The programme organized as part of economic diplomacy was attended by 160 persons including government officials, tourism entrepreneurs, and media persons, among others.   

In the programme inaugurated by Nepali Ambassador to Denmark, Prof Dr Ram Swarthya Raya, indigenous Nepali folk dances were performed.

Similarly, the Nepali Baja Group, Denmark presented panche baja. 

Ambassador Raya shed light on current situation of Nepal and areas of tourism and investment. The participants were informed about Nepal's cultural and natural diversity, trekking routes, adventurous tourisms and tourist destinations.
