Sunrise Capital and Laxmi Capital starts integrated business

KATHMANDU:Sunrise Capital Ltd and Laxmi Capital Market Ltd Mutually, has started an integrated business as a merchant banking company under the name of LS Capital.

LS Capital gained approval from the Company Registrar's Office to do business under the name Laxmi Sunrise Capital Limited, and it has stated that it would begin provided new services to consumers on Monday January 8th, 

Sumed Bhattarai, chairman of previously Laxmi Capital Market Limited, and Apach Kumar Yadav, chairman of Sunrise Capital Limited, announced the launch of the integrated business at a ceremony held on Monday at the company's headquarters in Naya Baneshwor.

Following the merger, this merchant bank's combined paid-up capital remained at 488.9 million. The company has managed over 200 securities issuance, including 41 through bidding and 52 share guarantees for the general public.
