Vidushi Rana appointed as Honorary Consul General of Republic of Iceland

KATHMANDU:The Government of the Republic of Iceland has appointed Vidushi Rana as the Honorary Consul-General of the Republic of Iceland for Nepal. 

Dilip Kumar Poudel, chief of Protocol at the Ministry of External Affairs, handed over the certificate of rank to Rana on Thursday.

Rana is said to be working as an Honorary Consul-General to promote tourism, cultural interaction, trade, and investment between Nepal and the Republic of Iceland, as well as to develop understanding and collaboration for the mutual benefit of both countries.

Kiran Shoes Manufacturers (Goldstar Shoes)'s Executive Director is Vidushi Rana.  She expressed her commitment to taking the Nepal-Republic of Iceland's multifaceted relations to a new height in the coming days.
