Chitwan National Park's male elephants aggressive

CHITWAN, Dec 29:Four male elephants separated from the group in Chitwan National Park have become aggressive at the moment. The elephants Dhrube, Govinde, Ronaldo, and Makuna in the park have generated alarm in the park and adjacent villages.

According to Ganesh Prasad Tiwari, the park's information officer, Dhrube, one of the elephants in the park, has generated panic in Jagatpur, Madi, and the park's western parts. Govinde, Ronaldo, and Makuna, he stated, have caused fear in the eastern region.

"Dhurbe is in Madi and Jagatpur area while the other three elephants are in Sauraha area" , said Tiwari, adding, "Elephant breeding center in Sauraha area is Khorsor area and female elephants are in this area, so the three elephants have been concentrated in this area."

The park administration has warned residents to be on high alert due to the increasing activity of male elephants in the area. "Wild elephants continue to enter and return to the community," he stated. Everyone, be cautious.'

Tiwari stated that they are now entering the neighborhood, demolishing towers, damaging crops, and so on, and that people of the communities surrounding the park have been asked to be cautious. He stated that these elephants frequent the village and urged everyone to be vigilant and cautious, even when cutting grass in the community forest area.

When these elephants are alone, according to Tiwari, they can invade the community and cause human harm. According to Information Officer Tiwari, if an elephant is spotted, it should be reported to the park management or a local security post.
