NAC and Thai Airways reached an agreement on TIA ground handling

KATHMANDU, Dec 26:Thai Airways has handed over Tribhuvan International Airport's 'ground handling' equipment to Nepal Airlines Corporation (NAC).

According to the agreement between the NAC and Thai Airways, the NAC received 80 pieces of ground handling equipment on Sunday.

Thai Airways has long been self-ground handling its planes at Tribhuvan International Airport. However, on October 29, Thai Airways ceased self-handling and entered into a ground handling agreement  with the NAC.

The agreement was signed on behalf of the NAC by Executive Chairman Yuvaraj Adhikari and on behalf of Thai Airways by Narintorn Sukkasiam, Head of Western and Middle East Affairs.
