Global IME bank offers special home loan at 9.99 percent

KATHMANDU:Global IME Bank Limited has announced a special home loan scheme with a loan ceiling of up to Rs 120 million and an interest rate in the single digits, targeted at house construction and purchase.

Customers with loans from other banks and financial institutions will also be able to quickly transfer their loans under this special home loan plan, according to a news release published by the bank.

This special scheme offers provides loans of up to Rs 120 million at an affordable fixed interest rate of 9.99 to 10.99 percent for up to 5 years, 10.99 to 11.49 percent for 5 to 10 years, and 11.49 to 11.99 percent for more than 10 years.

The bank has said unequivocally that the loan will be granted without delay within three working days of the submission of the required documentation, with the goal of providing loans to consumers quickly and easily.

Customers can use this service at any of the bank's 355 branches located over 77 districts in the country.
