Canopy zipline launched at Chobhar

KATHMANDU, Dec 18:The Canopy Zipline has opened for the first time in Chobhar. According to entrepreneurs, the Canopy Zipline, which has been open since Saturday, was erected as a test zipline for the first time in Nepal. Canopy Zipline. It has been said that three experiences can be had at first: adventures, a bit terrifying, and lastly fun. Panchalal Maharjan, president of One Hunt Adventure, stated at the event that this is Nepal's first model zipline canopy.

He said that the zipline can be completed in single step and experience, but in Chobhar one can have three experiences.

Furthermore, he stated that it is safe because it is run by Japanese technology and well-known Nepalese professionals, and that everybody, from children to the old, can enjoy it.

A complete zipline package can be bought at  Rs 1,200 per person. Participants can also choose a single stage for Rs 500. Tandem (couple) zipline trips start at Rs 1,500. Students with proper IDs and inhabitants of Kirtipur Municipality's Ward No. 6 can get a 25% discount on the service. 

JB Adventure Director Panchaal Maharjan stated that they acquired approval from the Department of Tourism and the local authorities before beginning operations. The zipline can accommodate 300 to 350 participants every day, from 10 a.m. until 5:30 p.m.

This is Nepal's first and only Zipline Canopy. The first stage is dubbed 'Adventure,' the second is called 'Dare Devils,' and the third is labeled 'The Fun,' reflecting the different experiences offered by each segment of the zipline, according to JB Adventure Pvt. Ltd., the facility's operator, in a statement on Saturday. 

Himal Gurung, director of One Hunt Adventure, stated during the occasion that there is a need to make Chobhar a tourism destination. If we keep our promises, our expedition will help Kirtipur Ward No. 6 prosper. "Kirtipur will be highlighted in every tourist activity here," he stated.

On Saturday, Nepali film star Barsha Raut inaugurated the zipline. Barsha Raut, who inaugurated the Chobhar Canopy Zipline, expressed her excitement because she is already an adventure seeker. I've always been interested in new experiences. It's enjoyable, and I'm looking forward to it. Everyone, including youngsters, can do it. There isn't much to be afraid of. National tourism is ideal for such purposes. "There should be many such things in Nepal, but there are only a few," she explained.
