Ninety Nine Section Nepal organized Friends of Wings program concluded
KATHMANDU, Dec 13:The Wings of Friendship program was concluded by the women pilots' organization 'Ninety Nine Section Nepal.
Ninety Nine Section Nepal finished the event by holding various programs from December 5 to 8. The organization reported that the organization's work, as well as the observation of operations in accordance with the main concept, impact evaluation, and public awareness campaign, had been accomplished.
The Ninety Nines Inc International Organization of Women Pilots is a global organization of female pilots. This group, founded in 1929, has pilots from 44 nations, including Nepal. It has worked for women's empowerment in a variety of professions, from the cockpit to the kitchen. This group promotes education, security, and cultural identity research and involvement.
The organization has been encouraging women to be equally skilled in the profession of aviation by providing scholarships to students.
The Nepal section has also been involved in similar activities. The group has notified about scholarships for Karnali students, training for teachers from Eastern Nepal, and the installation of Euroguard at Surkhet Airport.
During the event last week, the organization, which has been collecting cash from various events and spending them on charity work, toured and conducted meetings in several areas.
Such events have been planned in accordance with the primary goal of this organization. It is based on the idea that everyone, from the kitchen to the cockpit, should have equal possibilities and be empowered to take use of them.
