Buddha Air's new ATR 72 plane starts commercial flights

KATHMANDU, Dec 11:Buddha Air's 17th aircraft started commercial flights on Sunday. The plane took off from Kathmandu to Tumlingtar with 59 passengers on board. On October 10th, Buddha Air delivered the plane to Kathmandu. After completing all necessary procedures, Buddha Air began commercial flights on Sunday.

With the addition of the new plane call sign 9N-AOC, Buddha now has 14 ATR-72 planes. By completing the necessary paperwork for the new plane, the new plane has been added in line with the commitment to make air travel easy and simple.

According to Rupesh Joshi, Marketing Director of Buddha Air, due to the significant increase in the number of flights, passengers will take flights according to their schedule. Buddha Air has 3 ATR-42 and 14 ATR-72 planes.
