Foreign tourists visiting Nepal in more numbers than ever before: Finance Minister Mahat

KATHMANDU, Nov 21:Finance Minister Dr Prakasharan Mahat, stated  that the fiscal year 2080/081 B.S. would see the largest number of foreign tourists visiting Nepal.

On Monday, he stated this to members of the media. He stated that investment in Nepal is continuously expanding. He said that the highest number of foreign tourists have ever entered Nepal.

'Investment is expanding slowly,' he said.The fiscal year 2080/081 B.S. had the highest number of foreign tourists.  I believe that foreign tourists are visiting Nepal at a record high, which will help the economy become more sustainable. Economic activity is gradually increasing.

According to Finance Minister Dr. Mahat, the economy will become more viable as a result of foreign tourists, and economic activity would progressively expand. He predicted that because economic indicators are improving, the economy will become more dynamic.
