The Soaltee Kathmandu Hotel announced a cash and share bonus

KATHMANDU, Nov 20:The Soaltee Kathmandu Hotel has announced cash and share bonuses to shareholders.

The company proposed to the shareholders a cash dividend distribution of 26.5789 percent of the paid-up capital from the previous fiscal year's profit. It has also proposed granting 5% bonus shares.

The company has issued 8 crore 84 lakh 71 thousand 506 shares at a price of 10 rupees each. The business will convene its annual general meeting on January 11th at Pragya Bhawan to approve the dividend.

Similarly, on December 21st, the business will close shareholder registration. On the previous day, the permanent shareholders until December 20th will be eligible to participate in the general meeting and receive dividends.
