Hotel Forest Inn's EIA report published, cost of Hotel Forest Inn is 3 billion
KATHMANDU, Nov 17:The environmental impact assessment report for the Hotel Forest Inn in Kathmandu's Budhanilkanth Ward No. 1 has been published.
The Ministry of Forests and Environment published the environmental impact assessment report of the hotel proposed by Forest Inn Pvt Ltd for suggestions.
In 2017, the overall cost of designing the hotel was anticipated to be one billion 33 million rupees. It is now estimated to be worth two billion 97 million rupees.. There will be 105 rooms and 163 beds in the hotel. The hotel will be of five star standard.
The proposed area for the hotel is 2,968 square meters. The hotel has a total built-up area of 13 thousand 265 meters and a total open space area of 10 thousand 296 meters.
The hotel will consist of six buildings. Blocks C and D will have the tallest structures. Both of these structures will be five stories tall. There will be 91 luxury rooms, 6 suite rooms, 6 rooms with king size beds, and 2 club rooms at the hotel.
The hotel will include a parking structure that can accommodate four tourist buses, 300 two-wheelers, and 100 four-wheelers. A restaurant and bar with a capacity of 100 seats will be available at the hotel.
