Hotel Association Pokhara Nepal will organize Bhai Tika Festival

POKHARA, Nov 11:Bhaitika festival will be held in Pokhara this year as well. The Hotel Association Pokhara Nepal organizes the festival each year, and it will be held again this year.

On the occasion of Tihar, the Hotel Association Pokhara Nepal will hold the 16th Bhaitika Festival 2080 on November 15th, with the theme "Let's save culture, promote tourism." The festival will be place at the Hotel Landmark on the lakeside.

The festival, according to Laxman Subedi, president of the association, would be staged with the goal of spreading hope in the tourism sector by boosting tourism via culture. The festival's goal is to foster fraternal brotherhood among domestic and foreign tourists while also introducing Nepali culture on a national and international level.

Subedi expressed his hope that the festival will aid in the revival of tourism, stating that the industry has suffered greatly owing to a variety of factors, including Covid-19. The event has been continuing, according to Parbati Pandey, the festival's coordinator and the association's secretary, with the goal of boosting tourism via culture. She stated that tourists from many nations are expected to attend the festival, and that  some of them will come again and again.

According to the association, this type of celebration is becoming another tourist product for Pokhara and has also aided in tourism promotion. The association has also asked that all media workers attend the event, which will begin at half past two p.m. The festival is supported by the Pokhara Metropolitan City, the Nepal Tourism Board, and Gorkha Premium Wear.
