Dusit Thani Himalayan Resort will fully operational from February

KATHMANDU, Nov 02:The Dusit Thani Himalayan Resort in Dhulikhel will be fully operational in February. The first phase of this five-star hotel was put into commercial operation in July of this year.

Has a franchising agreement with Thani Group of Hotels in Thailand. Thailand's most well-known hotel brand operates as a chain hotel in Dubai, India, Bhutan, Japan, the Maldives, and other countries. The hotel includes 54 rooms as well as 18 villas.

Bishnu More and Ramesh Hamal have invested in this hotel. Indian businessman based in Dubai More has large investments in the edible oil industry, while Hamal, a Nepali businessman with experience in the hospitality sector of South-East Asia and the Caribbean, is also the chairman of the Securities Board of Nepal (SEBON).

The hotel's loan rating is one billion four crore rupees. ICRA Nepal has assigned the hotel an LB Plus rating for its long-term loan of 1 billion 3 crore rupees and an A four rating for its short-term loan of 1 crore rupees.
