Vistara Airlines adds Kathmandu-Delhi flight

KATHMANDU, Nov 01:Vistara Airlines has added a flight from Kathmandu to Delhi. Vistara Airlines, which previously operated one flight per day, has announced that it will now operate two flights per day.

Vistara Airlines expanded their flight schedule beginning on Wednesday (November 1).

Previously, Vistara Airlines operated daily flights between Kathmandu and Mumbai and between Kathmandu and Delhi. Vistara Airlines has increased the number of flights to Delhi following the closure of Mumbai, according to the Civil Aviation Authority of Nepal (CAAN).

In addition, Vistara Airlines will now operate 14 weekly flights between Kathmandu and Delhi.

Vistara Airlines' 'A320 Neo' aircraft will depart from Delhi at 7:40 a.m. and land in Kathmandu at 9:40 a.m.

Likewise, it will depart Kathmandu for Delhi at 10:40 a.m. The aircraft will land  in Delhi at 12:10.

Vistara is a joint venture of Tata Sons Private Limited and Singapore Airlines Limited (SIA), wherein Tata Sons holds 51% stake in partnership and Singapore Airlines owns 49% stake. The company is registered as TATA SIA Airlines Limited.
