Nirmal Purja skydived in Everest region

KATHMANDU, Oct 31:Nirmal Purja, a climber, has skydived in the Everest region. In less than 7 months, he scaled the 8000-meter-high mountain. He has done skydiving in the Everest region.

He stated that he skydived to help Nepal's economy and tourism sector, as well as to provide opportunities for more highly skilled jobs in this field.

Confirming that skydiving is a possibility in Nepal, he stated that it will assist to increase work prospects.

He is a former British Gurkha soldier who was born in Myagdi. He began climbing in 2012.
