Anuricca Giri win gold medal in World Scholar Cup international academic competition

KATHMANDU:Anuricca Giri, a Nepali student, won a gold medal in the 'World Scholar Cup,' an international academic tournament.

She qualified for the global round in Bangkok, Thailand, after competing in the regional round in Kathmandu and winning a gold medal in debate.

She competed against thousands of students from 76 nations and won gold prizes in both debate and writing.

She will soon be representing our country in the Champions Tournament, which will be hosted at the  Ivy League University, Yale, in the United States of America, 

After having qualified at both the regional and global levels, champions from around the world will compete against each other .
