KMC's Mayor Shah and HAN commitment to work together to promote tourism

KATHMANDU, Oct 13:The Hotel Association Nepal (HAN) met with Balen Shah, Mayor of Kathmandu Metropolitan City on Thursday.  According to the HAN, tthere was talk of advancing the cooperation plan to advance the  the country's tourism target program.

Binayak Shah, president of the HAN, stated during the debate that far-reaching initiatives for the tourism industry were presented. The meeting was called because positive local support would assist encourage tourism. "Considering the international practice and Nepal's tourism capacity, it is necessary to set a promotional program in the international tourism market," stated Mr. Singh.

During the meeting, Mayor Balen Shah stated that the Metropolitan Corporation is eager to go forward with a comprehensive plan to promote tourism in the country. According to the HAN, he informed that various programs prepared by the Kathmandu Metropolitan will be implemented without repetition.
