HAN's 'advanced cookery training' in Rautahat

KATHMANDU, Sep 20:The Madhesh Province chapter of the Hotel Association Nepal (HAN) has provided 'advanced cookery instruction' at Chandranigahapur in Rautahat. 

It began on September 8th and lasted one week. Han has informed us that 'advanced cooking training' has been provided because the kitchen's job is important in keeping the hotel organized. 

Bijaya kumar Jhunjhuna, President of the HAN Madhesh Province chapter, suggested applying what was taught in practice training to use. 

According to Shyam Lama, president of Chef Association  Nepal, attention should be paid to this as customers choose quality over cheap.

Customers, he said, will prefer new items that are presented differently. This course, which was given for the first time in the province, drew 20 participants.
