Bajracharya elected as President of NATCA
KATHMANDU, Sep 07:Bipin Bajracharya has been elected president of the Nepal Air Traffic Controllers Association (NATCA).
Likewise, Arun Bhusal was elected vice president (Professional), Deepak Ojha was elected Vice-president (Technical), Vijay Kumar Shrestha has been elected General Secretary and Gaurav Deuja has been elected as the Treasurer.
Similarly, the members-elect are Ujjwal Tiwari, Narayan Shrestha, Leela Prasad Shrestha, Sagar Bhatt, and Sushmita Rawat.
NATCA was formed and established in the year 1991 after a need for cooperation and affiliation with the International Federation of Air Traffic Controllers' Association (IFATCA) was deemed necessary in Nepal.
IFATCA was established in 1961 with a view to unite air traffic controllers worldwide. NATCA then affiliated with IFATCA and became a member association in 1992.
